The following pictures have got to be the weirdest I've ever taken or seen in my years of train watching. They remind me how when I was growing up in New Jersey, we used to say, "Watch where you park so they don't strip your car!"

Well, some Illinois train crew should've listened!

The wheel sets are gone...

...but the traction motors are still there!
