In October 2002, I had the opportunity to visit Marblehead Lighthouse, located on the

the shore of Sandusky Bay in Marblehead Ohio.
The lighthouse, operating continuously since 1822, is a pretty sight and offers all sorts of interesting photographic opportunities.

You can see I put my Click Camera class lessons to good use there trying to be artistic with the camera. I hope you like the pics!

And you know my luck--I got to Marblehead Lighthouse right after the last tour of the season, so all I got to do was look in through the window---like you are now!

Whoever changes the bulb in the Frensel lamp doesn't have to worry about me going up there through one of those little green doors...

...and taking their job away---I'm terrified of heights!
