The billboard antennas shown in the picture on this site's TUSLOG Detachment 150 page are clearly marked on this aviation map.  You'll notice "Yalova" a little bit above the Sahintepe antenna markings.   Yalova, a city located about 30 miles away, had a military air strip called "Site 4" which served the old Karamursel Air Base when it was operational.  A small radio transmitter-repeated operated by TUSLOG Detachment 150 relayed radio signals to some Turkish military units in the Yalova area.
