Bluejeans Place Consulting is the "doing business as" (DBA) name I used for my research, volunteer, photography and publishing efforts.  Some of my past work in this area includes photographs provided use in a book and on www.CourtTV.com.  

Currently, I am researching and writing a "Project Team Play Book" on how to not only successfully execute a project (or as some people, like the US Air Force like to say "a program" even when it is a project!), but also how to introduce and maintain accountability.  The intent here is to use an integrated process framework to instill not only self-discipline and accountability into each team member, from the business owner all the way down to the operations element accepting the project's product, but also to use peer and subordinate focus on accountability to reinforce it on all involved.  Yes, accountability, that long lost trait of saying publicly "I'm responsible for all I do and fail to do."  Stay tuned for this book which I hope to publish in 2007.
